Played bass, sang and recorded with "The American Heart Band" - - AHB provided back-up for Lorrie Morgan, Johnny Lee, Ace Cannon, Frankie Ford, Johnny Tillotson, Ronnie Dove and others in POWMIA concerts on the east coast, including tours to Barbados and Trinidad with Ace Cannon (Godfather of the sax), Hawaii with Johnny Lee (Lookin' For Love).
Played bass, sang and recorded with "Maria Rose & the Blue Horizon Band"; touring with her entertaining soldiers at the military bases in Panama and Honduras.
Currently teaches guitar and performs around the Westminster, Md and Littlestown/Gettysburg/Hanover, Pa area with The Al Parsons Band.
Al is a published songwriter and currently has a song, "Remember" in the 2007 cult movie "The Hitcher".
