In Memoriam

Frank Balasus, a Brother of the "Alpha" Association and member of the original contingent of A/2/12, Fort Lewis to Vietnam.

Frank's favorite song, "Can You Bring Back My Friend" from the "Notebook" CD was played at his memorial service.

I never got to meet him.

USS Forrestal

"The Burning Ballet... a story told by the men who fought and won a battle against forces no one may ever face again."

"This Anniversary DVD relives one of wartime's most horrific stores of sacrifice, heroism, and daring: the 13 hours on July 29, 1967 that plunged 5,000 men aboard the super aircraft carrier U.S.S. Forrestal into a fiery hell."

I played guitar & harmonica on several songs of this soundtrack.
